In the 1990s the monastic community revived a work which had lain dormant since the 1950s, the Saint Michael’s Abbey Press.
The St Michael’s Abbey Press has an excellent reputation for the quality of content and production of its publications. The Abbey produces an extensive range of greeting cards, and books concerning the Liturgy and monastic spirituality. All publications are available from our shop site.
Greetings Cards
St Michael’s Abbey produces and sells a vast range of greetings cards, printed and designed at the monastery. These include Christmas cards, Easter cards, Mass cards (both for the living and for the dead), and general greetings cards — blank for your own message. They are all available through our web shop. Abbey Press Books
In recent years St Michael’s Abbey Press liturgical publications have attracted international attention. Cardinal Ratzinger very favourably reviewed one of our titles. Recent volumes have included English translations of the works of Dom Guéranger of Solesmes, and a history of the Benedictine nuns of Tyburn.

Rosaries
The Abbey also sells rosaries made by the monks. They are handcrafted with use of highest-quality materials, and come with a classy black presentation/gift box with a small St Michael’s Abbey certificate. As all other product, these too can be purchased through our shop.
